Léa Kiwan


LEA KIWAN is a PhD holder , a consultant and a professor in digital transformation and disruptive technologies. She holds a PhD, an MSc, and an MBA, and has directed Master's Programs in digital marketing, digital transformation and innovation at different business schools in France. Léa's expertise lies in digital transformation and disruptive technologies, and she has worked for the past 13 years in France as a digital consultant for multinational companies like Johnson & Johnson, Janssen and Amadeus, implementing successful digital strategies and systems. She is dedicated to supporting her clients by simplifying processes and driving business growth.

Léa collaborates with companies and brands as a strategic partner, helping them navigate the digital landscape and achieve their goals. By equipping in-house teams with the necessary knowledge and skills, she enables companies to embrace digitalization and independently manage their online presence. She also focuses on empowering women in the digital field and strives to promote female leadership and perspectives. 

Michelle Gemayel


MICHELLE GEMAYEL is a seasoned consultant and lecturer on digital marketing, communications, and business development for emerging brands. A quadrilingual professional from Lebanon, Michelle rounded up her education and career in Italy, where she spent over 10 years honing her expertise in brand planning, product development, project management, brand and product campaigns, digital marketing, personal styling, PR, and events. 


Michelle has transformed the digital presence and campaigns of luxury e-commerce brands like Luisaviaroma, Harithand, Andrea Wazen, Rayane Bacha and ATIIMU, to name a few. Her work has resulted in a feature in the industry magazine, WWD. She has further demonstrated her expertise as a Master's lecturer on digital advertising, covering a 360-degree approach from planning an ecommerce launch to fortifying an omnichannel presence.
